The "Sticky Change" Framework



My framework for managing "sticky change" can be applied to any business subject. I've chosen to apply it to Human Resource Management here. The general framework has four ingredients:

1. Find and create passion (e.g. clients, products, innovation)
2. Turn the passion into energy (e.g. ideas, actions)
3. Align the energy to create growth
4. Use the growth to generate confidence
